| RP55 joint cord in most cases with only one cord for F30-F90 |

Tested for joints between structural elements with similar loading and deformation, and for joints between structural elements with heavy loading, which may be designed as stepped joints (multi-step joints) and as linear butt joints (single-stage joints).
Tested for fire resistance time F 30 to F 120, with tested joint widths ≤ 10 to ≤ 55 mm.
For F30 to F 90 inclusive only one joint cord is required for joints between structural elements with uniform loading.
Simple, fast processing of the flexible, elastic joint cord.
Additional permanently elastic seals with BC fireproof compound, and combustible joint fillings in the joint space not filled with the joint cord/cords have no influence on the fire resistance time.
The fixing of the joint cords as an assembly aid with BC fireproof compound or non-flammable adhesive is permissible and has no negative effect on the fire resistance class.
The FP 55 joint cord is temperature resistant and can therefore also be used outdoors. When used outdoors it must be remembered that suitable moisture proofing (sealing), e.g. with BC fireproof compound, must be carried out.

Packing units for RP 55 joint cord:
12 mm / bag of 3 rolls with 100 m (= 300 m) or cut per m for ≤ 10 mm
15 mm / bag of 3 rolls with 100 m (= 300 m) or cut per m for ≤ 12 mm
20 mm / bag of 5 rolls with 20 m (= 100 m) or cut per m for ≤ 17 mm
30 mm / bag of 5 rolls with 20 m (= 100 m) or cut per m for ≤ 27 mm
40 mm / bag of 2 rolls with 20 m (= 40 m) or cut per m for ≤ 37 mm
50 mm / bag of 2 rolls with 20 m (= 40 m) or cut per m for ≤ 47 mm
60 mm / bag of 2 rolls with 20 m (= 40 m) or cut per m for ≤ 55 mm
